Michael and Jordan

Earlier this evening I had the pleasure of meeting with Michael and Jordan to talk about photos for their wedding. I felt a little bad for them considering they had to sit on the 405 for an hour to make it. But, when they arrived, their great attitude and excitement about the wedding brightened my evening.

In previous emails concerning her wedding photos Jordan had mentioned that she was concerned that she and her fiancĂ© Michael made "funny faces" in a lot of photos and they could look bad. After spending a few minutes photographing them in my studio after our consultation I need to set the record straight. The "funny faces" they make are the most charming part about their personalities. I think we got a number of great laid back as well as jubilant images. But their smiles and interaction really showed me how much they love each other and made it a pure joy to photograph them. Although I think we will get a good mix at the wedding I would personally tell them to go with their fun personalities in future images because that’s the best part about them.

On another note I recently decided I would include a free 20 min engagement photo session with every wedding consultation regardless of whether the client books me for their wedding or not. It just gives me a chance to get to know them a little better, and it gives them a chance to see how I work with a camera.

I should have an album with the rest of the snaps of Michael, and Jordan up on
http://lukasinla.com/ in the next day or two.
