A New Day
Sometimes you come to a point where you look at your life and for one reason or another everything seems new and fresh. All of a sudden you realize that there is no-one requiring you to live the way you have been. In God's will the rest of your life is an open book. A few days ago I decided I needed to make a few changes in my life. It feels good knowing that God lets us live and learn and that we will ultimately be most satisfied when He is most glorified. I resolved to compartmentalize my life and keep work at work, and make home more like home. On this decision a friend and I decided to make a flickering dream a reality and get both of our photography businesses out of our homes and into a studio. Wednesday we called a few places, Thursday we looked at them, and Friday I signed a lease for a quaint little spot in Old Town Newhall. Had we looked for a month I don't think we could have found anything more suitable for our needs. We still have a little ways to go to get it decorated, fully functional, and productive. But we have a good start and will go from there.
